Beginning with initial consultations where we look at your business as a whole — how it looks, how it feels to experience, how it operates, and where its real potential lies.
From there, I create a bespoke project proposal setting out my recommendations across everything that will genuinely transform your business. This can include branding, marketing, interiors, customer experience, logistics, and the finer details that shape how people perceive and remember a place.
Once the direction is agreed, I act as lead creative and project partner — liaising with and managing any contractors or collaborators needed, working on site where relevant, and overseeing decisions as the project takes shape.
